Running out of time / Time is running out / Not much time left to / Life is short
Will I manifest my dreams before my time on the earth is complete?
Time consciousness is a way of life. We use it to set order to a day, an agenda, a schedule, To Do list, timetable for a project’s completion. The concept of time as an instrument to organize and set boundaries is a useful tool.
Conversely, time consciousness can take on a life of its own and become an instrument of psychological tyranny. If you are not careful, everything you do and think will be driven by time, creating a false sense of urgency and fear about the possibility of failure or defeat, and the range of emotions that go along with those feelings.
This is not to suggest that we ignore the clock and show up when we show up, or have the attitude that “it will be done when it gets done,”or” the meeting will start when I get there.” That’s foolish.
Let’s direct our attention away from the clock and calendar to think on a deeper, spiritual level. Consider the last part of the quote by Ernest Holmes:
“birthless and deathless, yet forever being born; timeless, I Am forever creating time.”
“Birthless,” no moment of birth to mark Its beginning. “Deathless,” timeless, immortal, everlasting, without end, eternal. Eternity past. Eternity future. “Yet forever being born,” forever beginning, fresh and new.
This is Spirit that is within. This is the Christ Mind, the Mind of Christ that is and understands every intricate detail of the Divine Mind. You have the Mind of Christ. We have the Mind of Christ. Let (allow) this mind to be in you that was also in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 2:5).
So, when we get shaky and fearful, wondering if there’s enough time to get it done, fearful of getting old or being too old, questioning if we have enough time left to realize the vision, or make the dream come true, the last five words of the quote rests Its case. God knows how young or old we are.
“I Am forever creating time.”
