Just Thinking w/The Masters

Positive affirmations are simply self-talk. They make you conscious of your thoughts.

Over time they overwrite any limiting or damaging beliefs you might have about yourself or about not being able to do something, and substitute them with favorable thoughts and beliefs which instill self-confidence, belief, positivity, ambitiousness and much more.

You're confirming in your mind something that you trust may be accomplished and by doing this it will become a fact. By utilizing favorable affirmations your subconscious will develop whatever favorable words are stated.

Beginning every day correctly utilizing positive affirmations will affect the way you feel as well as the way you think. Positive affirmations will bring to life your capability to accomplish success.

When you begin thinking of something negative, turn it around into a positive. Simply think of something completely different when those damaging thoughts arrive, you must always keep your thinking positive.

The 4 Ps of Powerfully Effective Affirmations:

• Present tense
• Personal (stated in the 1st person)
• Positive
• Powerful (With strength in the emotion)

Utilize these powerful affirmations to tell your mind what you will do, then your subconscious will impact your positive state. Positive self- talk done repeatedly will drive you to an elevated standard of personal growth.

Consider these examples of Positive Affirmations:

• Today is my re-defining moment.
• Today is an opportunity to take a step forward. -or- Today is MY opportunity to take a step forward.
• I release regret from my life.
• I release fear from ruling my life.
• I'm a success in all that I do.
• I feel pleased, I feel healthy, I feel fantastic.
• Everything feels just so correct.
• I'm a money mogul.
• My mind is clear, centered and energized.
• I choose to live.
• I focus on my health. I choose to have a healthy relationship with food and with my body by choosing healthy foods and drinking lots of water.
• About exercising: I vow to take small steps today and each day to strengthen my health. I engage in physical activities and become free from depression or anxiety.
• I take charge of my mental health. I choose to love myself enough to nourish my body.
• I make changes consistently in my lifestyle and improve my habits, thus I lead a happier and healthier life!
• I am ready to move forward today. I embrace hope for me. I am bold. I am ready to try new things. I put my whole heart into these new experiences, and in doing so, I shift my current mindset to a more wholesome and beneficial one.
• Right now I set my intention to step out of my comfort zone, refresh my routine, and meet new people. I am making friends with strangers.
• My motto today is “Start, start today.” Today, I am determined to reach my goals.
• I am committed to accomplishing new things and living positively.
• Today I start to build a better future by making choices that are in harmony with my values.
